N = flow * head / (3.6 * 102 * efficiency) = flow * head / (367.2 * efficiency).

If we don't know the pump efficiency, then the rough algorithm is:

N=Flow*Head/257*1.2

In principle, according to the calculated data, it is not big. For example, if you calculate 5.8KW, you can't calculate it according to 5.5KW, you have to use 7.5KW.

Pump power consumption = power / efficiency.

If you don't know the pump efficiency, the rough algorithm is: power / 0.8.

At the same time, the actual power consumption is also related to the use conditions of the pump and the use environment:

1. If the actual use of the head is different from the specified head range of the pump, the current will be higher and the power consumption will increase.
2. If the voltage is low or high, it will cause large current and increase power consumption.
3, the line leakage, low insulation, will also cause large current, power consumption increased.
4. Wear parts such as water pump bearings are not replaced in time, which will cause large current and increased power consumption.
